Project Title: FTTS Project – MTN Uganda Fibre Transport Network Maintenance
Project Description:
RAK Engineering Ltd undertook fibre-to-site support and maintenance works for MTN Uganda’s optic fibre transport network. The works included route patrols, fault identification, fibre restoration, testing, documentation, and handover to ensure reliable network availability

Project Description:
The project involved preventive and corrective maintenance of fibre-to-site infrastructure, including cable repairs, splicing, testing, route protection, and emergency response to network outages. The works supported continuity of telecom services across assigned network routes.

Project Title: NLD Project – North Eastern Uganda Fibre Route, Moroto
Project Description:
RAK Engineering Ltd is implementing National Long Distance fibre works covering approximately 160km in North Eastern Uganda. The project includes route survey, right-of-way coordination, fibre deployment, splicing, testing, and project documentation.

Project Title: NLD Project – Fibre Backbone Construction and Deployment – 240KM
Project Description:
The project involved construction and deployment of long-distance fibre infrastructure (Ishaka-Kirezi, Rukungiri-Ntungamo) to strengthen backbone connectivity. Key activities included route survey, excavation, duct laying, cable installation, splicing, testing, commissioning, and handover.
